Diy Magnetic Valentine's Carte Du Jour / Notepad!

Two Christmases ago, my arts and crafts wiz of a bonus sis brought petty sewn notepads for everyone. So cute! This tutorial contains a distich of tweaks to her super gift. 

Perfect for Valentine's day, Mother's twenty-four hours or whatever card-giving occasion! 

You may run into around snowflakes inward the pictures. Yes, I was shooting arts and crafts tutorials during a snowfall shower/blizzard. Total commitment! Lol.

You volition take away (per notepad):

12 10 12 inch cardstock

3 Sheets of 8 1/2 10 eleven inch printer paper

Sewing machine

2 combat squares of cardstock or stuff that doesn't unravel (felt, vinyl, fleece etc.)

Flat magnet (one of those gratuitous ones that companies ship through the mail)

Glue gun

1. Gather your materials

2. Cut 4 inches off ane side of the cardstock. The cardstock should forthwith move 4 10 12 inches. Cut the printer newspaper into three 1/2 10 five inch sheets. Cut newspaper equally seen in  pic 2(a). The smallest, skinniest rectangles volition move combat paper.

3. Fold upward ane halt of the cardstock 1/2 inch. Fold the remaining cardstock non quite inward half. The border of the forepart encompass should move 1/3 inch or together with then higher upward the bottom border of the dorsum fold.
