Pvc Napkin Rings
Make your ain custom napkin rings for whatsoever occasion!
Supplies:
- 1" PVC Pipe
- Handsaw or Jigsaw
- 120 Grit Sand Paper
- 320 Grit Sand Paper
- Old T-shirt
- Spray paint
- Spray Acrylic Sealer
- Spraying surface - paper or cardboard
- Wreath Picks (optional)
Saw off chunks of PVC. Make them every bit thick or every bit sparse every bit you'd like. I used the request on the jigsaw every bit my cutting line.
