Pvc Napkin Rings

  • 1" PVC Pipe
  • Handsaw or Jigsaw
  • 120 Grit Sand Paper
  • 320 Grit Sand Paper
  • Old T-shirt
  • Spray paint
  • Spray Acrylic Sealer
  • Spraying surface - paper or cardboard
  • Wreath Picks (optional)
